Substitution of epiploons of power ends

The hole of oil of gear box is joined very often with use or mechanical damage of epiploons of power ends. The substitution of epiploons is done somewhat simply and does not demand the removal of the transmission of the car.

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. Epiploons is located from two sides of a case of transmission at places of the introduction for them of power ends. The car also establishes it the Poddomkratta in stakes. A sign of the hole of oil for an epiploon is that they begin when oils are flowing in walls of case RKPP straightly below power ends.
2. Withdraw an end (ends) of power (to see the Chief Stsepleniye and ends of power).

3. Through the hill or the great screwdriver with a flat prick they take an old man epiploon of the landing nest in a case of transmission (companion sees an illustration).

4. If a hill is taken of epiploon or the screwdriver is not possible, it is necessary to use an artist of streaptise specially (ask in shops of motor accessories).

5. Having used a head of face of the corresponding size or a part of a tube of the convenient diameter like a mandrel, when a new was put epiploon at the regular place (companion seen an illustration). The trace that the epiploon put himself in a nest strictly perpendicularly and in the full depth. The oil epiploon cleans the gear box with sponge.

The mandrel will rest only against the firm exterior edge of a surface of face of an epiploon.
