Brakes system

General information

The cars described in the present manual are equipped of the hydraulic brakes system with the vacuum fortification. In advanced mechanisms of brake of disc of wheels (always to see an illustration down) they are installed while the mechanisms of rear wheels can have like disc (to see an illustration I lower), and a drum drawing.

All the brake mechanisms have a drawing of automatic regulation. At the same time the compensation of the use of shoes of brake of mechanisms of disc (ahead and behind) is executed automatically while, the special agreement devices which activation happens during the frenagem, and also in the moment of the lifting of the brake of parking they are installed in mechanisms of brake of drum.

Main Brake Cylinder (MBC)

GTTs is established in the meeting of the driver of the servomecanismo of the amplifier of vacuum of brakes one concentrated in a rear splitting of a compartment of reason. From above in the cylinder the great tank of equipped hydraulic liquid of a plastic covering is located. The fixation of the tank is executed through a collar.

I eat already if above it mentioned, GTTs has the functioning of supply of drawing dual of two independent hydraulic outlines. The liquid pressure in each one of outlines is got by the individual piston in the main cylinder.

Valve regulator

Besides the vacuum amplifier the hydraulic acionador of the system of brakes lit the regulator of double circuit of the pressure of rear brakes. The regulator of valve of the pressure is installed in a rear splitting of a compartment of reason of the car. In the brakes equipped (ABS) of the system of antiblockading the valve it is built in the block of the hydraulic modulador located in the right part of a compartment of reason.

The valve regulator is lit in both outlines of the system of brakes and supplies the restriction of the pressure in a hydraulic acionador of mechanisms of brake of rear wheels, preventing his premature blockade in the moment of the sharp frenagem. The valve works in the reach of hydraulic pressure in outlines of some certain value.
It is not the regulator that can be maintained and in case of the failure it is subject to the joined substitution.

Amplifier of vacuum of brakes

The amplifier uses the depression created in the oil pipeline of entry of the increase in the efficiency of the functioning of a hydraulic acionador of the system of brakes. The driver of the servomecanismo of the amplifier of vacuum concentrates on a rear splitting of a compartment of reason.

Parking brake

The parking brake locates the lever of control in the interior of the car. The driving thread to his time joined to the couple of rear threads is annexed to the lever only to halls. In the moment of the lifting of the lever in the equipped models of the drum behind they curb mechanisms, the rear threads delay the executive levers annexed the meetings of boots of brake in mechanisms of both rear wheels. At the same time they divorce of boots in the parties, which are nestled in the surface of work of unsteady movements. In models with mechanisms of brake of disc of the rear executive of wheels the levers are annexed to mechanisms of actuation of the type of screw in cases of supports. The levers influence supports pistons, forcing blocks to be nestled in brake discs.

Measured by precaution

In the service of component ones of the system of brakes of cars it is necessary to observe some special measures for precaution:

   a) Since the petrol station of the system of brakes uses the only hydraulic liquid of the POINT 3 of class;
   b) The bedcovers of friction of blocks of brake / boots can contain harmfully to the health asbestos. Try not to inhale the powder of brake, not to take it compressed air. Apply to the friction of component ones of mechanisms of brake only the special structures of cleaning;
   c) It controls the observance of all the necessary admissions and efforts of corseting itself of the fixation. In the service of component ones only they use the useful instrument. In the most light doubts they ask the experts of help. Remember that the usefulness of the functioning of brakes is the key to the traffic security;
   d) Do not do attempts of a lack of interest independent of component ones of a hydraulic acionador of the system of brakes in the models equipped of ABS in absolute. Remember that the extraction through bomb of a hydraulic way in such cars is executed through the special equipment;
   e) In the most light signs of the violation of the usefulness of the functioning of the operation of system of brakes of the car have to be lifted!
