Check of usefulness of a state and substitution of the sensor of an explosion

The sensor of an explosion reacts to increase in the intensity of vibrations of the motor, normally caused by an explosion of the mixture of air fuel. On basis of the obtained information of the system of sensor we correct the ignition advanced moment, trying to support it at the best possible level that guarantees the sufficient efficiency of the return of the motor. The sensor develops a sign of the alternate current that the vastness increases in the proportion at the vibrations level. The sensors of an explosion are in use not in all the models, and only in the next one:

   a) Civic with the D16Y5 and motor of CVT;
   b) Civic with the motor D16Y8;
   c) It integrates with B18C1 and motors B18C5.

ORDER OF REALIZATION

1. Disunite his electric capture of the sensor of an explosion and there results the last of the motor (companion sees an illustration). Again the capture adheres to the sensor. The control of sensors of this type happens for the register of fluctuations of the tension in the voltômetro. Exchange the device to a scale of the low tension of the alternate current. Adhere to negative probe of the instrument of measuring to the case of sensor, positive – to the contact capture. Lightly blow to the lowest part of the sensor with the hammer, feigning vibration. If the voltômetro does not register fluctuations of the tension, the sensor must be substituted. In beginning this control can happen also without the removal of the sensor of the motor.

1. The sensor of an explosion is screwed in the channel of a way that cools of the block of the motor (to see an illustration in top) and his reversion is joined with certain losses of cooling the liquid that can be avoided previously having emptied the block (to see the Front Regular maintenance). Disunite to electric capture and they result the sensor of the motor. 2. The new sensors are handed normally with the covered part of woodcarving of the selante of antiseizure. Screw the replaceable sensor at the regular place and hold tight it with the necessary effort. One an electrical system to the sensor and fill the system of cooling (to see the Front Regular maintenance). Check the motor to existence of signs of the hole of cooling the liquid. The pressure of the sensor of an explosion with the excessive effort can lead to an irrevocable exit he out of the operation.
